What makes the Bio RSH different?

While other spray devices do of course exist on the market, none is quite like the Bio RSH.

Compared with the simplest design — namely the static (as in, non-rotating) spray ball — the Bio series RSH cleans far more effectively and produces vastly superior cleaning outcomes.  Yet thanks to its unique design the Bio RSH uses considerably less water and chemicals to do its job, giving you much better results while helping to keep your costs down and also putting less strain on the environment.

As a step up from the static type, there are also rotating devices on the market, mostly based on a ball-bearing design.  Here the Bio series RSH has a distinct advantage as it employs a unique fluid-bearing rotary mechanism, meaning that during operation the rotating part is constantly suspended on a ‘cushion’ of fluid (the water or other cleaning medium running through it), thus avoiding the need for mechanical bearings which wear down over time.  The fluid-bearing design gives the Bio RSH a service life typically 2-3 times that of conventional rotary spray balls.  And longer life of course means lower replacement costs, less maintenance downtime and more straightforward operations.

 

The Bio RSH series consists of three models of different sizes. Each model is available with different connection options (see photo at the bottom of the page).

Thanks to the many sizes and connection options, the Bio RSH models are easy to install, whether you’re building a new CIP tank cleaning system from scratch or upgrading an existing one based on ordinary spray devices.

The Bio RSH is also compatible with the Scanjet WASHTRAC sensor used for continuous monitoring and verifying its operation.
